Research Work: How to encourage young girls to pursue scientific and technological education?
 
Application Features: Interactive courses and projects, challenges and virtual experiences,
educational and fun games, descriptions of scientific careers.
 
Objectives: Find solutions to reduce the reluctance of girls to pursue scientific education,
influenced by various social, cultural, and individual factors:
— Facilitate interactions between female students and women scientists who can serve as role models.
— Promote gender equality in the scientific fields by creating inclusive and supportive environments
that encourage girls to pursue their scientific passions.
— Organize awareness sessions in schools to introduce young girls to various scientific and technological fields,
associated careers, and career opportunities.
— Collaborate with the industry: Establish partnerships with companies and organizations in the scientific
and technological industry to provide internships, company visits, or collaborative projects.
